Part 1

Open PicsArt application and select the background image.

Select Effect option below Select Black and White Select first effect and tick option

Part 2

Select add image option I will give instagram logo png select it its good zoom

Make a good set in the upper corner to run the background image and zoom in

Part 3

Select the add image option and select the photo you want to edit as the background, then the photo will appear on the correct screen and set the zoom as required.

Select the photo you want to add and click on Effects and then click on Adjustments and set all the adjustments for your photos as required.

Select sticker option below turn on mobile data and in search option type instagram like png and select any sticker

Lightly zoom the sticker and set it on the side. Just add one image and all the images you need at the desired location.

Now check one side that all the photos are correct and the steps are correct, then click on the one that is for service and save it.

Part 5

Open the Snapseed application, select the photo you want to edit and click on the edit option at the top Make adjustments

Select the vignette option at the bottom and make it light minus, select the sharp one and increase it.

Now you have made a complete make of the image, click on the save option below and export it.
