Open the Picsart application and select the plus option below and click on the Edit photo option.
Select the background color then select white color and tick option then select crop option below select 3 x 4 ratios and tick option.
Select the add image option below, you need to edit the background of your photo, so select the background of your photo.
Select the photo and zoom to your desired size and set the photo's page size, click Adjustment below and select Black and White photo.
Click on the table below, I will give like image, select it and zoom to the size of the screen, and below there is the blood option, select the multiple option.
Now correct your photo will come and that color will come full and set, now tick option and select add image option below.
If you want to edit any photo, select it again, zoom it slightly and set it aside.
First add photo on one side and second add photo on other side, set correct then only look will be visible.

Select color full images and go to adjustment and set the brightness contrast of your photos as needed.
Select add image option I will give heart png image and select it then zoom in corner and set lite
Select the heart images and take a duplicate and set it in that corner with the light zoom off.
I have selected the add image option and saved the test png. Select Happy Birthday and turn on light image, zoom on the image and set it in the bottom corner.
I have selected add image option and given balloon png. Select it and adjust the size of the light gummy and set the light on the text Happy Birthday.
Select add images and select heart png and adjust its size and set the side above happy birthday to x below.
Now check whether all the images have been added correctly.
If you click on the save option above and save the image, it will be saved to your gallery.
